Sit at one of our bistro tables with your true love and a glass of champagne and dine on Chef Dawn Leahy’s romantic dinner for two using aphrodisiac ingredients like oyster, coffee, chili peppers and chocolate as well as locally sourced ingredients. Chef Dawn will teach you to prepare the meal and you’ll leave full of knowledge and delicious food.



Oysters 2 Ways-Oyster bisque shooter served with pickled oyster

Filet Mignon Popover-Thinly sliced filet mignon served over a bite sized popover and topped with bearnaise sauce

Winter Greens Salad-Radicchio, endive, pecan and apple salad with buttermilk dressing

Coffee Rubbed True Love Farm Pork Chop-Pan seared thick cut pork chop with pan juices, celery root puree and caramelized brussel sprouts

Heart Shaped Pavlova- The classic Australian meringue dessert topped with whipped cream, berries and chocolate drizzle
