Choripan – Argentinian sausage on baguette with “chimichurri argentino”

Grilled Pizzeta – Blood Sausage, grilled apples, caramelized onions.

Octopus Tostada – Chile morita souce, shaved radishes, cilantro leaves

Strawberry/Blood orange “Mille Feuille” served with powdered vanilla pastry cream and candied “burnt” lemon syrup
