Class Description: Learning proper knife skills is the key to being more efficient in the kitchen and results in a better quality of foods prepared. Join us for this class in which you will learn how to best use one of the most important tools in the kitchen. We will discuss which knives are essential and how to store, maintain, and use them properly. We will also discuss how to sharpen your knives … and keep them sharp! During the class, we will create a few tasty Asian-style dishes for the class to enjoy by using the ingredients we have chopped to perfection. As an added bonus, you will also learn how to properly carve a chicken. Enjoy the fruits of your labor while you learn essential knife techniques that will serve you for years to come.
