Class Description:  Feeding the family is so much easier when you’ve mastered a few great soup and stew recipes.  These recipes can be made in advance, reheated, and no one is the wiser … they actually taste even better!  Learn the difference between stocks and broths, how to thicken a soup or stew, and how to get maximum flavor into your final dish.  Add a green salad, and some bread to dip into the bowl and “Voila!” … Dinner Is Served!
