Chopped Challenge Culinary Camp (Morning – 2)

The Silo Cooking School is excited to host a 5-day Chopped Challenge for kids ages 10-15! Students will be teamed up and tasked with using baskets of mystery ingredients to create two dishes each day, that will be judged by some very discerning palates. They will gain confidence in the kitchen and learn new techniques. This Challenge is appropriate for all skill levels and unlike the popular Food Network show, no one actually gets ‘chopped’. We only ask that students come with a desire to have fun in the kitchen and a willingness to work as a team.
